Hi, Sarah Kelt here!

I grew up in New Zealand and after living 22 years in London and Dubai I decided it was time for change as I was burnt out, experiencing crippling anxiety with bouts of depression, and was not enjoying my life, which seemingly looked ‘perfect’ from the outside. My professional background in Investment Banking and Finance taught me a lot, especially the hard lessons in not living a life of balance or mindfulness and not stopping to take the time to truly enjoy the journey, especially with those I loved. It was all about hustle, strive, pressure, comparison, judgement and never being good enough! Which I know now, does not serve us in the long term. 

 

After a truly transformational year and a half living in Bali, I returned home to NZ with my children. 

 

Since hitting my lowest point I have been deeply committed to my own personal journey of self discovery and growth. In the process I have tried many different healing modalities, spent hours upon hours, learning about and understanding the mind (conscious and subconscious), and taken personal growth and leadership courses as well as participated in numerous meditation, mindfulness and breathwork practices and programs and of course the truly phenomenal Rapid Transformational Therapy training. 

 

In the process, I believe I have fine tuned and worked out the most effective and simple methods to achieve freedom from the struggles within ourselves that hold us back and prevent us from living our best life. 

I now use this valuable experience to guide and support my clients to overcome their mental and emotional blocks and wounds through a combination of coaching (conscious work) and RTT hypnotherapy (subconscious work).

I don’t believe you need to spend years in therapy talking about the past hurts, wounds and traumas… doing this just keep us stuck… yes we need to understand it and process the past… but the most important and fastest way to heal is to focus on what you DO wanthave hope and positivity for the future, know that the past does not have to define you and that you get to write the script for your life, you deserve to live the life of your dreams, and you absolutely can!

In summary, my personal WHY ‘overcoming life’s hurdles with a resilient mindset’ has led me to start Mindset Transformations.

 

I support men and women who are going through a transition, challenge or change in their lives personally or professionally, whether it be;

Anxiety, Depression, Addictions(alcohol, drugs, gambling, porn), Self Confidence, Self Worth and Belief, Weight/Eating Disorders, Stress Management, Financial Resilience, and simply helping people overcome life’s hurdles.

 

Based in Auckland, I work with clients around NZ and internationally via Zoom. Through my powerful guidance, compassionate but straight talking coaching techniques and my secret weapon, Rapid Transformational Therapy(RTT), I can help you overcome life’s hurdles with a resilient mindset. RTT includes Hypnotherapy, CBT, Mindfulness and Psychotherapy. 

 

I want to share what I have learnt with you because I believe everyone deserves to live their very best life and to be free from beliefs and issues that hold them back or make them unhappy.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy combining Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychotherapy to re-wire your thought processes with proven results for busy people.

To change our limiting behaviours and attitudes, we need more than willpower or logic. RTT connects with the subconscious mind and gets you ‘unstuck’ quickly and efficiently through Hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is incredibly efficient as, during hypnosis, your critical mind shuts down and your subconscious mind is accessed.

From here, we then integrate powerful new belief systems which give you freedom from unhealthy destructive patterns and allow you to live a life of happiness and joy.

The combination of hypnotherapy and coaching is powerful

Through hypnotherapy and mindset coaching, I can help you to discover the root cause of your blocks, limiting beliefs or undesirable behaviours and support you to break through them to achieve the freedom you seek.

Hypnosis is a fast and effective tool for understanding the beliefs and habits that hold you back, as well as healing emotional wounds from the past.

I use Rapid Transformational Therapy, a combination of hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy and psychotherapy, in conjunction with transformational coaching to help you to gain freedom from fears, addictions, anxiety and depression and any other issues you may be struggling with.

Through Rapid Transformational Therapy we can access the subconscious mind to help you change beliefs, habits and thoughts. Hypnosis can change habits to create a healthier body, relieve anxiety, guilt and fear, and enhance your confidence and self-esteem.

What to expect during the coaching process

Often, there is a gap between the letting go of old beliefs and the settling in of new ones. In conjunction with Rapid Transformational Therapy, we use powerful coaching tools and techniques to support you in your adventure of self discovery.

During the coaching process we will take a deep dive, to uncover and understand the beliefs, habits or behaviours that are holding you back. You will address your fears and understand the values that drive you to self-fulfilment and empowerment. This has been shown to set people free from issues in just one session.

The transformational coaching techniques I use deepen your understanding of the thoughts, habits and patterns that hold you back. In addition, they provide you with specific methods you can use to easily integrate changes into your life. We take a holistic approach and look at all areas of your lifestyle, from diet and sleeping patterns, to stress management techniques and self-care practices. This ensures you get the most transformational outcome.

Each program is tailor-made for the individual, so you get exactly what you need out of each session. You will be challenged and changed, and you will make breakthroughs that will alter your life forever… and soon you will be living the life you have always envisioned!
