What is a Discovery Call?
A Discovery Call is simply a 15 minute call with me where we scope out how my one-on-one programme works and how we might tailor it to your specific needs. It is not a session to talk through your specific challenges at any level of depth or for me to explain the details of how each piece works and what they mean. Should you wish to have a deeper discussion, please book the 1 hour Coaching Call below.

Before we meet I will assume you have watched the video as we won't have time to go through all these details again on the 15 minute call.
