In the Boundless Confidence program we will discover the root cause and reason as to why you have developed bad habits, fears or phobias or why you are experiencing health problems. ​You will get fast and effective relief from issues such as: Addictions ( smoking, drinking, gambling, porn), anxiety, self confidence, sleep problems, fears, phobias, skin problems, public speaking, concentration, hair loss, pain control, bed wetting, nail biting, exam stress. This Package Includes: 1. One 60 minute Discovery Coaching Consultation 2. ​One 120-150 minute RTT hypnotherapy session - face to face or via ZOOM. 3. ​One personalised recording for you to listen to for 30 days after your RTT session ​4. Two 30 minute powerful coaching sessions 5. Weekly email and / or phone support as required
